Facility

• Studio is located at 2905 N Florida Avenue. It is Unit A, which is the front part of the building

• Main entrance is located around the right of the building 

• Parking is available directly in front of the studio on Florida Avenue. Parking is not permitted in the Bait & Tackle shop parking lot next door. Overflow parking can be used on side streets

• Bluetooth-capable sound system will be provided

• We have two dance rooms available. Both are equipped with sprung marley floors 

  • Studio A: 25' long x 25' deep, two 8 foot portable barres, one 10 foot wall barre, 2 restrooms​

  • Studio B: 37' long x 24' deep (minus bathroom cutout in back corner), 45 feet of wall mounted double barres, 1 restroom 

• We also have a 12' x 12' lobby and an 18'x21' covered patio​

Liability Insurance & Indemnification​

• Renter is responsible for maintaining at all times its own liability insurance to cover any such claims, and may be required to provide evidence to Facility of the coverage

General Conduct

• Renter should conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times while onsite at facility. Renter is responsible for ensuring any other persons at Facility will also conduct themselves in a professional manner

• Illegal activity is strictly prohibited at facility.  Any illegal activity that occurs during rental use will be prosecuted 

• Facility requires all CDC and local governmental guidelines be followed in regards to Covid precautions

• Our general availability for rentals is as follows:

  • Monday -Thursday Before 4:00pm // After 9:00pm

  • Friday: All Day 

  • Saturday: After 12pm

  • Sunday: All Day 

• Payment is due at time of booking

• Any cancellations must be done at least 7 days prior to start of rental in order to receive a refund​

• We do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests up to 24 hours before as long as the studio is available.
